Who this is for

The starting point changes. The methodology does not.

Assess the individual. Establish the baseline. Identify what is limiting progress. Then build the strategy around the person.

  1. 01

    The Average Joe or Jane

Someone who wants to improve health, fitness, body composition, energy, strength, and quality of life — without being handed a program that was never built for them.

  2. 02

    Transformation

Someone who wants significant changes in body composition and physical development, and is willing to do the work once the strategy is correct.

  3. 03

    Health & Medical Challenges

Someone dealing with health or medical issues who wants to improve overall condition while working alongside qualified medical professionals. Coaching does not diagnose or treat disease.

  4. 04

    Serious Lifters

Individuals who have moved beyond generic beginner programming and need individualized assessment, volume management, and progression.

  5. 05

    Bodybuilders & Physique Athletes

Individuals pursuing advanced muscular development, conditioning, performance, and competitive physique goals — without treating the rest of the individual as optional.

If the work is to optimize the individual — health, performance, recovery, nutrition, physique — this is the coaching. The label you would put on yourself is secondary.
