Individualized All-Inclusive Coaching

This is not a combination of the other services. It is the complete individualized coaching relationship — training, nutrition, bloodwork, recovery, and long-term strategy built around one person.

Individualized training is exclusive to this service.

The relationship

The program has to account for the person.

Annual coaching. The investment is determined according to the individual’s needs, the scope of the work, and the requirements of the coaching. The final price is discussed and agreed directly with the client.

Communication is part of the work. It is not unlimited, 24-hour, or on-demand access.

Investment

Annual · Individually priced

Long-term strategy

Assess. Establish the baseline. Identify. Build. Execute. Measure. Evaluate. Adjust. Repeat.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand the individual — history, objective, capacity, constraints.

  2. 02

    Establish the Baseline

Determine where the individual actually is before changing anything.

  3. 03

    Identify

Find the limiting factors. Progress rarely stops because someone simply needs more.

  4. 04

    Strategize

Build the appropriate plan for this person, at this point in time, for this objective.

  5. 05

    Execute

Implement intelligently. The program has to account for the person.

  6. 06

    Measure

Track the objective response — not generic formulas, not someone else’s results.

  7. 07

    Evaluate

Determine what is actually working, and what is not.

  8. 08

    Adjust

Make the right change at the right time for the right reason.

  9. 09

    Repeat

Continue progressing. Coaching should evolve as you do.
