Nutrition & Diet

An individualized diet is not a spreadsheet copied from someone else. It is built from an accurate baseline, the person’s actual demands, preferences and tolerances, and then adjusted according to the response they demonstrate.

Training is not included. Individualized training is exclusive to All-Inclusive Coaching.

The work

Establish the baseline. Then feed the actual objective.

Most dietary failure is not a lack of willpower. It is an inaccurate understanding of maintenance, a structure that does not match the individual’s life, or a plan that was never appropriate in the first place.

  • No universal optimal diet
  • No universal rate of fat loss or gain
  • Programming that evolves as the individual does
