FAQ

Direct answers.

If the question you have is not here, contact Casey. That is the correct next step in any case.

What type of clients do you work with?

The spectrum runs from the average person seeking better health and condition, through significant body-composition change, to experienced lifters, bodybuilders, and competitive physique athletes. The common denominator is the individual and the objective — not a demographic.

Do you work with beginners?

Yes. Beginners are not a lesser category of client. They still require an accurate baseline, appropriate programming, and a strategy that matches their capacity. The starting point changes. The methodology does not.

Do you work with bodybuilders?

Yes. Advanced physique development is part of the work — alongside health, recovery, nutrition, and performance, not instead of them.

Do you work with people pursuing general health?

Yes. General health and wellness are not a lesser version of coaching. The same process applies: assess the individual, establish the baseline, identify what is limiting progress, and build the strategy around the person.

Do you work with people with medical conditions?

Yes, in the appropriate context. Coaching can help someone improve health and physical condition while they work with licensed medical professionals. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease, and it is not a substitute for physician care. Laboratory findings that require medical diagnosis or treatment should be addressed with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

What is included in All-Inclusive Coaching?

The complete individualized coaching relationship: comprehensive assessment and baseline, individualized training, nutrition integrated with training and recovery, bloodwork analysis and optimization guidance, recovery management, ongoing communication and accountability, progress assessment, and long-term strategy. It is not a bundle of the other two services. Training is exclusive to this service.

Is training included with Nutrition & Diet?

No. Nutrition & Diet covers assessment, baseline development, individualized nutrition programming, progress management, and ongoing dietary coaching. Individualized training is exclusive to All-Inclusive Coaching.

Is training included with Bloodwork & Hormone Optimization?

No. That service is focused on laboratory review, interpretation, monitoring, and optimization guidance. Individualized training is exclusive to All-Inclusive Coaching.

How does bloodwork review work?

You obtain laboratory work through an appropriate provider. Casey reviews the data in the context of the individual — history, objective, symptoms, training, nutrition, and prior results — then provides interpretation, monitoring, and optimization guidance. This is coaching, analysis, and education. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment.

What testing is available?

The core panel covers thyroid, lipids, liver, kidneys, CBC, metabolic and growth markers, cortisol, inflammatory and autoimmune markers, and sex hormones. Specific markers are listed on the Bloodwork page.

What is 150-metric testing?

A more comprehensive laboratory panel covering approximately 150 metrics, available for an additional fee when a broader data set is warranted. Pricing for that panel is discussed directly.

How is All-Inclusive pricing determined?

The annual investment is set according to the individual’s needs, the scope of coaching, and the requirements of the work. The final price is discussed and agreed directly with the client.

Why isn’t All-Inclusive publicly priced?

Because the work is not a product with a universal scope. Two people can need very different depth of training, nutrition, recovery, and health management. A single public number would either under-serve the work or misrepresent it.

How do I get started?

Contact Casey directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email. There is no public questionnaire and no automated intake. The conversation starts with the individual.

Yes. Coaching is conducted remotely.

How is communication handled?

Ongoing coach–client communication is part of the work — progress review, data review, feedback, problem identification, and course correction. Communication is structured around the coaching relationship. It is not unlimited, 24-hour, or on-demand access.
